Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-07-13 · Last updated: 2026-07-13

This is Rewired's stand-alone Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. It provides the disclosures required for “consumer health data” under Washington's My Health My Data Act (MHMDA), Nevada's SB 370, and similar laws. It complements our full Privacy Policy, where the same information also appears (Section 4a); if anything here and there ever differs, this page controls for consumer health data.

We are the individual seller of Rewired, operating under the pen name “James Brown”. The data controller is Benjamin Tayar Matijasevich, an individual (sole proprietor) based in Argentina. You can reach us at any time at support@rewire.ink.

The plain truth: purchasing a product called Rewired: The Science of Breaking the Porn Cycle can reveal information about your sexual or mental health. We treat the fact of your purchase as consumer health data, without trying to argue otherwise, and we hold ourselves to the commitments below.

1. Categories of consumer health data we collect

The consumer health data we collect is simply the fact that you purchased the Ebook, the Bundle, or a Program extension, linked to your email address, your name (from the order), your billing country, and your Program access dates. This can reveal information about sexual or mental health.

We collect nothing else that qualifies as consumer health data: no health surveys, no biometric data, no precise location, and no journal content (your journal and daily check-ins are stored only on your own device and never reach us — see our Privacy Policy).

2. Sources

You, directly, when you make a purchase or log in. We never buy data about you and never receive it from data brokers.

3. Purposes

We use this data only to deliver the product you asked for — processing the order, delivering the Ebook, provisioning and maintaining Program access, sending the transactional emails that make those work, and answering your support requests. We collect nothing beyond what is necessary to provide what you requested.

4. Categories of consumer health data we share, and with whom

We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it with any third party for that third party's own purposes. It is processed on our behalf only by our service providers (“processors”), each bound by a data processing agreement and acting only on our instructions:

No affiliates (we have none). No advertising platforms, ever — we never upload our customer list to Meta, Google, TikTok, or any ad network, and there are no advertising pixels or conversion trackers on our site, checkout, or Program app.

5. Your rights

These rights are guaranteed to Washington residents under the MHMDA, and we extend the same rights to everyone, wherever you live. You have the right to:

How to exercise them: email support@rewire.ink from the email address you purchased with. We deliberately do not ask for ID documents — collecting more data to delete data would defeat the point; if you write from a different address, we confirm through the purchase email.

Our response: we will respond without undue delay and in all cases within 45 days (extendable once by another 45 days where reasonably necessary; we will tell you if that happens). Deletion requests are propagated to our processors.

Appeals: if we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response. If your appeal is denied, Washington residents may contact the Washington State Attorney General at www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.

6. Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right under this policy — same product, same price, same service.

7. No geofencing

We do not collect or use location data, and we do not operate any geofence around any location — including around health-care facilities.

8. Connecticut residents

Connecticut law requires consent to process sensitive data such as this. We ask for your explicit consent at checkout and we practise strict minimization (we process only what is reasonably necessary to deliver what you bought). You have the same rights described in Section 5 and in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.

9. How to reach us

For everything else about how we handle your data, see our full Privacy Policy.
